She was truthful (first of all), transparent, answered all of my questions patiently; gave me her opinion, and then backed her opinion with believable stats. Did she agree with me 100% of the time? No. But that is what made her stand out from the rest. And when she didn’t agree, she showed me the reasons why and then suggested alternatives. As a single mom, I struggled with not having a partner to bounce all of these huge decisions off on and Christina became that person for me. She truly became my partner and friend through this experience. She was unphased by my stress levels and calmed me down when I got overwhelmed and she cheerfully talked things out with me while I anxiously analyzed every possible step until I felt better (even when I texted or called at uncivilized hours of the day). She guided me every step of the way, she showed up to every single appointment with me and even offered to come over and help me box stuff up. She made sure as we moved forward that I was well informed and that I was in agreement with everything taking place. She truly was my best teammate and a great negotiator. She knew what was around the corner before we approached, anticipating every move and ready with a response. And at the end of it all, she thanked me but it definitely should have been the other way around. After looking back at the contract, the negotiations, home inspections, the repair request list, helping communicate to all of the parties involved, and getting us to closing, I realized I could not have done this alone. At that moment, I deeply understood the importance of having a great agent and considered myself blessed to have Christina. If you want a teammate to be with you throughout the transaction and a Realtor® to have for life then you’ve got to sign with Christina. She’s not just any Realtor® she’s “my” Realtor® now! Oh, did I mention that she generated so much interest in the property that my house sold before it even went to market? I suppose I should have led with that one.
